In celebration of Food Waste Prevention Week, join the CEC, the Red de Bancos de Alimentos de México (Red BAMX) and UTHealth Houston School of Public Health for a webinar where we will explore how our food choices and relationship with food play an essential and multifaceted role in contributing to our health and well-being, but also as a powerful tool for reducing food waste and strengthening food security within our communities.
During this webinar, you will learn practical strategies for optimizing food use, improving nutrition at home and understanding the impact that our food choices have on sustainability. Additionally, we will reflect on the importance of food as a key factor in disease prevention and in building healthy habits for families.
