Tina Elliott was lead for the project Stories of Resilience – Voices from across British Columbia’s Interior. Through her Master of Environment and Sustainability research, she worked with Northern Saskatchewan communities to co-develop a post-disaster learning framework and guidebook focused on the social aspects of disasters. Her background in Women’s and Gender Studies supports her work in climate adaptation to promote equity, agency, and empowerment.
Her work in academia and as a practitioner has ignited her passion for helping others tell stories and learn from each other to foster equitable, evidence-based, practical climate adaptations.
