SÉMINAIRE Les droits de la personne et l’accès à la justice en matière d’environnement : mécanismes non judiciaires et modes de participation des citoyens

A seminar organized by the National Human Rights Commission (Comisión Nacional de los Derechos Humanos—CNDH) in collaboration with the North American Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC).

Environmental Legislation in North America: Experiences and Best Practices for Its Implementation and Adjudication, co-published by the CEC and the UNAM Institute for Legal Research (Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas), will also be formally presented.

Those invited to participate in this forum are environmental authorities, nongovernmental organizations and members of the general public interested in matters of human rights, the environment, citizen participation and the effective application of environmental legislation.
