Panelists and the public will engage in a roundtable discussion of the process, including the role of public engagement, and those submissions related to the effective enforcement of environmental law in Canada, such as BC Hydro, BC Logging, and Alberta Tailings Ponds II.  Speakers will include legal staff of the CEC, law professors from Canada, Mexico, and the United States, and international experts.
