Public Meeting of the CEC’s NAPRTR Project

The focus of this year’s public meeting of the NAPRTR Project was to develop recommendations for an updated Action Plan to Enhance the Comparability of Pollutant Release and Transfer Registers (PRTRs) in North America (PCF).

Activities included presentations showcasing the use of PRTR data and small working group discussions of key components of the Action Plan. Participants also had the opportunity to share information and experiences about industrial pollution and access to PRTR information, and provide feedback on the CEC’s NAPRTR Project and annualTaking Stock report.
