Joint Public Advisory Committee Session No. 98-04
Montreal, Quebec
Canada
September 4, 1998
Public
Mary Simon welcomed the members and reinforced the importance of this meeting and the opportunity for an exchange with the Alternate Representatives, particularly with regards to the
Draft Three-Year Program Plan.
After a discussion on the reasons why this session was be held in camera (being a working session with the Alternate Representatives) it was agreed that in the future all meetings are open unless
specifically decided otherwise by the members in advance of the meeting in question. Several members expressed a general concern that there was no obvious place for the public to submit their
views on the Draft Three-Year Program Plan.
