Joint Public Advisory Committee Session No. 97-05

The JPAC Chair thanked the public and the members of the JPAC for attending the meeting; she also referred to the involuntary absence of JPAC members Mike Apsey, Michael Cloghesy,
Guillermo Barroso, Jorge Bustamante, Exequiel Ezcurra, Iván Restrepo and Jean Richardson who were unable to attend due to work commitments and health-related reasons. The two-part agenda was introduced: the first part addressing pending issues and information and the second dealing with JPAC strategic planning for 1998.
