Explore an avenue for raising awareness of an environmental issue in your community: filing a submission with the Commission for Environmental Cooperation Secretariat. The Canada-US-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA/USMCA/T-MEC) includes a process where a non-governmental organization, business entity, or national of Canada, Mexico or the United States may file a submission raising concerns about the enforcement of environmental law. In this webinar, we will describe the requirements for filing a submission, walk through all the steps in the submission process, and discuss a recent, successful submission.
