Air Quality, Traffic, and Health Impacts at the Pacific Highway Port of Entry

During this one-day workshop, the CEC will be presenting and discussing findings and recommendations from studies prepared by the Texas Transportation Institute and T. Kear Transportation Planning and Management, Inc., on traffic wait times at the Pacific Highway port of entry, and the resulting air quality and health impacts, with port of entry representatives and regional stakeholders. Participants will also discuss the capacity of the port of entry to implement at a binational level the suggestions about best practices that were recommended in the studies.
