2024 Youth Engagement Week Workshop: Youth Perspectives on Reaching Horizon 2030

Are you passionate about environmental stewardship? Join us for the 2024 Youth Engagement Week workshop, where you can learn about the Joint Public Advisory Committee (JPAC) and the JPAC public consultation process and share insights on the three priority topics of the CEC “Reaching Horizon 2030: An Environmental Outlook for North American Cooperation” initiative: Earth Observation and other GIS Technologies, Sustainable Transportation, and Ecosystem Services/Sustainable Use of Biodiversity, through the lenses of Indigenous Rights and Traditional Ecological Knowledge, Environmental Justice, Subnational Governance and Action, and Corporate Social Responsibility and Private Sector Engagement.

By participating, you will contribute to a North American initiative that will serve as a strategic guide and resource for policymakers, organizations, academia, and other key actors to inform regional efforts and actions in North America and other regions.
